How should we prepare for our first meeting you?
Create your wish list! Prioritize the projects you want to have done. Think about the services you will need (i.e.: installing vegetation, putting in a swimming pool and natural stream, building decks, an outdoor built-in barbeque and patio, installing retaining walls and night lighting or saving a 200-year-old California live oak tree.


Will I have regular access to your project supervisor?
The project supervisor will be available to you by cell phone at all times.


Will you give us current references and can we visit one of your most recent projects?
We will gladly email, fax or call you with a list of references. And we can also take you on a tour of our most relevant projects. Contact us to set up an appointment to see our comprehensive portfolio.


Do you have proof of insurance for both General Liability and Workers Compensation? Can I see your certificates?
Yes, we do. Upon request, prior to starting your construction project, we will provide copies.


Do you stand behind a guarantee on plant material? What about hardscape items: If a hardscape item malfunctions or breaks after the project is completed, will it be replaced at no cost? How long is the guarantee in effect?
All plant material is guaranteed for 90 days. All trees, irrigation and hardscape are guaranteed for one year.


Do you offer a plan to service the project after completion?
Upon completion of your construction project, our foreman will set up a walk through with you to make sure that all construction is acceptable. We will address any questions or concerns at this time. 3o days after completion, our foreman or one of our staff members will check on your project. We will coordinate this visit with you, in case you would like to attend.


If we have working drawings from our own landscape architect, will you work from them?
Yes, we will – if the project you want built is compatible with our capabilities. We will meet with you to discuss the project in detail and review your plans. Once we agree on the cost and the scope of work, we will provide quality service and excellent work, within budget and in a timely manner. We will manage the project at every stage.
